Hollywood Hill Elementary has several class sets of laptop computers and tablets that are stored in mobile carts and shared between classrooms. Students use MacBooks, Chromebooks, and iPads for research and learning in math, science, social studies, and language arts, as well as digital citizenship and computer skills.

Dance Mat Typing is the online program used at school to teach keyboarding skills for kindergartners and 1st graders. Learning to touch type helps students be more productive and better prepares them for success in school and beyond.
On Dance Mat Typing your child can practice and master the keyboard one lesson at a time. It allows them to pick up where they left off in the course and displays a keyboard and hand diagram as they type to reinforce proper finger placement.
Students can access Dance Mat Typing from any computer (with an internet connection and current web browser).
