If your student is returning to Hollywood Hill or is coming to Hollywood Hill from another NSD school and currently has a student computer that is not working, please fill out this form for a replacement device.
Pick-up Location/Day/Time:
Location: Hollywood Hill, behind the library, around the side of our office building. There will be signs directing you as you enter the main entrance. Please stay in your car and devices will be passed out as you drive through.
Kindergarten - Friday, August 28, 10:00am - noon
Grades 1-5 - Friday, August 28, noon - 1:00pm
If you are unable to come pick up your device on Friday, August 28, you may follow the same instructions for pick up on Monday, August 31, between 1:00 - 3:00pm (all grades.)
